Hello, welcome to Red Cliff Kennel's website. We are located in Hermosa, north of Durango Colorado in the Animas Valley. The valley is surrounded by beautiful red cliffs with big ponderosa pines on the rugged mountains.  My name is Hannah Turner and my mother is Lea Turner. Together we own Red Cliff Kennel. This is the 8th year of our adventure in owning Boykin Spaniels. Our interested started in 2000 when we meet our first Boykin. Their size and personality are perfect for a family dog. We had to wait on a list to get a puppy for two years.  My mother and I fell in love with  Boykin's. Now we have our foundation dogs all from top hunting lines. We work and show in  UKC and with the AKC.        All of Red Cliff Kennel's dogs will only be breed if they hold a CHIC title. This is the best way to protect the breed by being  part of these important health clearances set by the Boykin Spaniel Club and AKC. We feel by having CHIC titles it is a step to ensure that quality is being produced. Our goal is: if you purchase a dog from Red Cliff Kennels it will be one of the best Boykin's available for you as a companion or hunting dog with the least amount of health risks.
